Jim is proud to continue his family's legacy of love as a fourth generation jeweler. As the jewelers of his family before him, he continues to strive for excellence and instills integrity in his business. When he is not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his family on Beaver Lake, in Colorado, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Jim is also very proud of his two daughters, who assist him in the store while pursuing college, and his son, who he coaches little league flag football for.

Ashton is the dedicated manager of The Diamond Center in Fayetteville and brings over four years of jewelry experience to the team. She believes that building strong, lasting relationships with her customers is just as important as the quality of the jewelry she helps them find. Outside of the store, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

She believes that love is at the heart of every engagement, and she takes pride in guiding customers to the perfect piece that symbolizes their story. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys volunteering in her community, attending church, and spending time outdoors.

Lainey brings over eight years of retail experience to The Diamond Center. Outside of work, Lainey enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring museums, and attending live music events—especially anything related to Taylor Swift.

She loves celebrating every milestone, from a first heart necklace to a couple’s 50th golden wedding anniversary, making each moment feel truly special. With a background in art and a passion for design, Grace brings a creative eye to crafting unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces for guests at Diamond Center in Fort Smith. Outside of work, her greatest joy is sharing life with her husband of 51 years, Phil, along with their sons and cherished grandchildren.
